Hello my other self, I’m Lydia and it’s my greatest pleasure to share with you the essential practices, wisdom, and tools for you to live your most free and fulfilling life!
Since I was 12, I’ve been studying various spiritual traditions, philosophies, ancient practices, and the science of spirituality, depth psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, and consciousness. Not only that, but I’ve been where you are - I’ve alchemized decades of my own programming, trauma, scarcity, and fears enabling me to best serve you where you are on your journey of full embodiment and empowerment.
